Seasonal Help Job Description:
A Seasonal Potting Crew member plays an integral part at Carolina Native Nursery. This team has their hands in the soil everyday working under the cover of a tented structure to step plants up to the next sized container. The bulk of the day to day work will be alongside the crew potting, fertilizing, preparing and placing the over 200 species we provide in its appropriate location. Those with tractor and/or horticulture history will exceed in this position and are encouraged to apply. Full-time availability is preferred but not required. This position is a physical outdoor job, there may be some rain.
This is a seasonal agriculture position. The goal is always to work those who are available for a full 40 hours a week. There are times that the weather prevents a full 40 hour work week.
